Right of withdrawal
Cancellation Policy - Return Policy
Consumers residing in the EU have a right of withdrawal in accordance with these cancellation conditions. We offer a free return service (until a shipping limit cost of 100€) for this.
In addition, we offer replacement or refund for defective goods to customers residing outside the EU.
A. Cancellation Policy
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days (dispatch of the declaration of withdrawal within the withdrawal period) without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (THQ Nordic GmbH, Landstrasser Hauptstraße 1/23, 1030 Vienna, Austria, e-mail: eu-store@store.thqnordic.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this.
We automatically send all customers within the EU a link to our returns portal when the goods are shipped. They can use this for their revocation and receive a return label to print out. Returns are free of charge for the custumer until a shipping cost limit of 100€.
If the ordered goods are delivered in partial deliveries, the revocation period for all partial deliveries begins on the day of delivery of the last partial delivery to you.
Right of withdrawal for pre-order goods

As soon as the item is processed by our logistics center and prepared for shipping, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies (see right of withdrawal)
Consequences of revocation
- Return of goods and costs
After sending your declaration of withdrawal, you return the goods you have received to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of sending your withdrawal.
Within the EU, you will receive a free return label via our returns portal.
Outside the EU, we only take back defective goods. Please contact our support at eu-store@store.thqnordic.com
- Refund of your payment
Also within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), for this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received and inspected the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
We expressly reserve the right to inspect the returned goods. If this results in a loss of value, you as a consumer must pay compensation if a loss in value of the goods is due to handling that was not necessary for you to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Returning defective items

We will endeavour to provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Our goods are packed in the best possible way in the logistics center. However, we are not able to take back items where only the packaging is damaged.
General information
1) Please
avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in
their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If
necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original
packaging, please provide adequate protection against damage during transport
with suitable packaging.
